Formula One™ Dashboard
A simple desktop dashboard for Formula One™ fans.
Overview
Driven by my passion for UI design and Formula One, I sought to create a digital experience that would bridge these two worlds. Through research, I identified a significant gap in the online Formula One experience: novice fans struggled to find comprehensive information about their favorite drivers.
They often faced frustration when trying to navigate the vast online landscape to learn about their favorite drivers. To address this, I embarked on a passion project to develop a centralized Formula One dashboard that would provide them with a streamlined and intuitive way to discover and learn about their favorite drivers.
My dashboard offers fans an interactive platform to explore the world of Formula One, providing in-depth information about their favorite drivers and immersing them in the thrilling combination of speed, endurance, and drama that defines the sport.

What does the dashboard need?
I conducted a multiple option-based survey with 15 Formula One™ enthusiasts. Participants were asked to rank their top interests when learning about their favorite drivers.
This simple research helped me gain insights quickly and allowed me structure my dashboard to prioritize the most relevant information to a Formula One™ fan.

Reflections
After revisiting this project 3 years later, I have…
Made mistakes and learnt from them.
As a novice UI designer then, this project was a valuable learning experience. While I could now implement numerous design improvements, I'm proud of the foundation I laid.
